This week, the YCP camped in the Lower Berry backcountry. Highlights of the week included learning about the area fire from firefighters, finding thimbleberries and huckleberries, watching peregrine falcons fight, learning how to fly fish, and playing hackie sack in the evenings.

During the seventh week of YCP, the crew continued to work on the trail by the Lucas Fabian Homestead. They persevered through dust clouds, scorching days, and black flies. Although they still have work ahead of them, they have put a sizable dent in the project.
