Volunteers are a critical component of everyday operations in Grand Teton National Park. Their passion and dedication help protect park resources and keep visitors safe and informed during a moose jams, backcountry camping trips, and more. The highest demand for volunteers in Grand Teton is during the summer months. Opportunities are available in historic preservation, traffic management, bear education, trail construction, trail patrol, wildlife research, museum collections, visitor services and education, and much more!
Primary recruitment time for summer positions is usually late February through March. Grand Teton often receives more offers than they can accommodate, so apply now if you are interested in spending your summer in one of the most spectacular of our nation’s national parks.
