Recent valley snowfall and freezing temperatures have one thing on our mind—winter in Grand Teton National Park! Whether you are a skier, snowshoer, or general outdoor enthusiast, Grand Teton is an amazing place to explore during winter.
We hope that you will join local businesses and community members and #GiveforGrooming to support Grand Teton National Park on Tuesday, December 1, 2015 in celebration of #GivingTuesday. For the third year in a row, we plan to groom the inner park road from the Bradley-Taggart trailhead to Signal Mountain up to twice a week for the benefit of Nordic skiers, snowshoers, and walkers. By regularly grooming this section of road, together we can provide incredible winter access to Grand Teton for locals and visitors alike. We cannot do this without your help! All gifts up to $6,000 will be matched dollar-for-dollar thanks to our generous co-sponsors: Skinny Skis, Prugh Real Estate, and Dornan’s.
A premier winter destination, skiing Teton Park road leads to a variety of areas to explore, including the Lucas Fabian cabins, Jenny Lake, the Potholes, and Signal Mountain. Learn more about how this program benefits our community and donate here today!
“On Tuesday, December 1, 2015, charities, families, businesses, community centers, and students around the world will come together for one common purpose: to celebrate generosity and to give.” – To learn more, visit www.givingtuesday.org.
