The Mountaineering Committee was established in 2006 and initially focused on raising funds for the Craig Thomas Discovery and Visitor Center's mountaineering exhibit. Members span the country and are all enthusiasts who climb in the Teton Range. The varied group brings more diversity and perspectives to the Foundation and continues to serve in an advisory capacity for projects in the park.
